Desert Rose, agency with A license and member of the Federation of Tunisian Agencies, informs about the general conditions of sale. If you do not indicate otherwise in writing after the confirmation of your program, the customer accepts these conditions:
Desert Rose does not provide air tickets but will help any customer who requests to find the best flights.
The traveller is responsible for complying with government requirements for documentation of
exit, entry and others.
In the case of air transport incidents (denied boarding for any
reason, cancellations, changes or flight delays, loss, delay or damage to baggage, etc),
the client is responsible for managing demand their rights as a passenger at
the airport where they occur. The costs of accommodation, transportation, maintenance, repatriation or other
incidents caused by these not the responsibility of Desert Rose.
Each traveler can carry a suitcase of 25 kg. Travelers who wish to carry more luggage must inform the agency.
For all purposes and as regards land transport, means that the luggage and other personal belongings are kept by the user with whatever part of the vehicle on which they are placed, and which are transported at the risk of the user. Users are encouraged to be present at the operations of loading and unloading of luggage. As for air, rail, sea or river conditions apply to transportation companies, with the passage ticket binding document between those companies and the passenger. If you want a service in private, you must indicate it to the agency from the beginning of the process. If not indicated, a group could be formed (always reduced number), informing in advance of the trip and updating the rate.
To measure: Desert Rose plans the client’s trip and itinerary, tailored to his preferences and means. Desert Rose is not responsible for any services that the client has purchased directly from other suppliers.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm a reservation. In the event that Desert Rose can no longer offer a service, the client may request one of comparable value or request that the payment be refunded - as long as the accommodations haven’t been paid for in advance. Desert Rose will keep the client informed at all times. This service is not unlimited. Be made up to 3 free programs and services provided within that appear on our website. If the client requests a new search or services that you need to contact for the first time, you must pay 20 € for administrative cost, costs will be deducted from the bill if to confirm the program.
Regarding the vehicle, the fact that the service is private does not mean that it is at the traveler's disposal. The working hours of the guides and drivers must be respected, especially during the month of Ramadan.

Although the circuit and the excursions have been contracted privately, the transfers can be organized with more participants.
In the group tours, transfers will also be group transfers, being able to unite travelers with similar schedules (up to 1 hour and a half difference).
The traveler who wishes to subscribe to a circuit makes a "reservation request". After this request, we undertake to take the appropriate steps to obtain confirmation of the reservation according to the number of places available and the period for which it was requested.
Prices are calculated based on the exchange rate, transport rates, fuel and rates in effect on the date of publication of each program. Thus, changes to the aforementioned prices may occur up to 20 days before the completion of the trip, as long as the entire trip has not been paid.
On the occasion of particular events, bridges, local festivals, etc., the price of the trip can be modified on the final price of the reservation.
There will be no obligation to compensate the customer when the cancellation of a circuit is due to the fact that the number of people registered for the combined trip is less than the number required and this is communicated in writing to the consumer.
Circuits requested only with driver. It is important to know that the function of a driver is to drive, there may be deficiencies in the service. If you want a guide to give the relevant explanations and carry out the various steps during the circuit, you need the accompaniment of an official guide.
It is important to check dates, schedules and itinerary of the program. The agency is not responsible for possible misprints and the traveler is ultimately responsible for the correctness of the itinerary.
The agency will recommend the accommodations based on the client's preferences. If for budget reasons the contracted category should be less than the recommended one, Desert Rose cannot guarantee the good end of the service and there is no room for claims. However, at the request of the client, the agency will make the changes requested by the client. The supplements and possible penalties for changes after the deadline will be borne by the customer.
Accommodation prices are calculated on the number of nights. Check-in at the accommodation will take place at 2:00 p.m. and check-out at 12:00 p.m. If your plane returns in the afternoon, the hotel will be able to keep your belongings (check with your hotel) and you will be able to stay in the hotel until the pick-up time.
On flights arriving at the destination after 12:30 p.m., the first hotel service (when included in the trip) will be dinner. Likewise, on flights whose arrival at the destination point is made after 7:30 p.m., the first hotel service will be accommodation. In certain cases and due to the pick-up time of a transfer to the airport or vice versa, it is possible that you will not be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the day of said transfer, which will not give you the right to a refund.
When renting apartments, a deposit or civil liability insurance is requested to respond to any possible damage.
The collection of keys is normally carried out during office hours, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with entry starting at 5 p.m. on the day of arrival and eviction at 10 a.m. of the day of departure.
In the event of cancellation or modification of the hotel or apartment reservation, Desert Rose will charge the client €20 per person for management fees, a non-refundable amount. In addition, the client will pay an amount that may vary between the price of one night, up to 100% of the amount of the reservation depending on the date and the hotel or apartment reserved (each accommodation has its own cancellation policy).
If overbooking occurs in any of the hotels listed, the change will be made to another of the same category. If there is no availability in one of the same category, the reservation will be made in a superior one.
In superior category hotels, appropriate attire is required in the restaurant. Restaurant hours are like French or German.
In the treatments and cosmetic surgery Desert Rose acts only as an intermediary between the client and the clinic. The customer may request the assistance of one of our representatives to communicate and engage the services of transfer and it will stay that jurisdiction of the agency. Rates for the efforts will be 20 €.
If Desert Rose is forced to considerably modify the fundamental elements of the itinerary before the trip begins, it will notify the client by writing, so he can choose whether to cancel his reservation or accept the changes to the itinerary originally agreed upon. If, before or during the trip, we are unable to offer one of the services agreed upon, a service of comparable or superior value will be offered. Unforeseeable and abnormal circumstances, including weather, are considered sufficient grounds for changing an itinerary.
The prices are calculated in Dinars and converted to Euros so a small change can be made depending on the daily change.

Whatever the reason for cancellation by
the customer, it must notify immediately.
If the cancellation occurs more than thirty 30 days of departure, DRS shall
refund the full price of the trip minus a fee of 20
€ per person. Bank charges will also be borne by the customer (international transfer amount + commission for currency conversion).
